PixelNexus processes data on behalf of merchants to fire conversion events. We never sell, share, or use your data for any purpose other than the service you requested.
We collect only what's necessary: • Store domain and configuration • Order data (ID, products, prices) - hashed before transmission • Customer identifiers (email, phone) - hashed, never stored in plain text We do NOT collect payment details or passwords.
Data is used exclusively to: • Fire conversion events to Meta/TikTok APIs • Deduplicate events • Display your analytics dashboard We never share data with third parties. We never use your data for advertising. We never sell your data.
Data is sent only to the platforms YOU configure: • Meta Conversions API (if you enable Meta Pixel) • TikTok Events API (if you enable TikTok Pixel) All data is hashed before transmission. We use Google Cloud for secure infrastructure only - they have no access to your data.
• Access tokens stored in GCP Secret Manager (encrypted) • All transmissions use TLS/HTTPS • Server-side processing (no client exposure) • SOC 2 compliant infrastructure
ALL EVENT DATA IS DELETED AFTER 24 HOURS. This is automatic and irreversible. We do not keep logs, backups, or any record of your customer data beyond this window. Upon uninstalling: all your data is immediately and permanently deleted.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time. Contact: privacy@pixelnexus.app For end-customer requests, contact the merchant directly.
Data is processed on Google Cloud (US). We comply with EU-US Data Privacy Framework and use Standard Contractual Clauses.
We use only essential cookies for session management. No third-party tracking.
Our service is not directed to individuals under 18.
